Sr. Quality Systems Engineer needed w/Master’s degree or Foreign Equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering and one (1) year experience as Sr. Quality Systems Engineer or Quality Systems Engineer performing following job duties:Work with the Product Development team to ensure all aspects of Design Transfer activities are met. Review and update Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA). Design failure mode and effect analysis (DFMEA) for potential failures and safeguards to offset potential failures from occurring. Facilitate the execution of Process FMEA. Participate in associating third party audits of quality system categories, responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of quality and reliability systems to identify, correct and prevent defects. Ensure CAPA action plans are robust and executed promptly. Monitor CAPA activities for investigations and action item implementation. Create and investigate NCR’s Non-conformance materials and close Reports. Develop and implement test validation deliverables IQ/OQ/PQ validations for equipment and processes to meet demands of new product introductions and current manufacturing operations. Support Existing Products, Document Change Orders (DCO) Engineering Change Order (ECO). Develop, modify, apply and maintain quality standards and protocol for processing materials into partially finished and finished materials products.
