On September 14, 2022, Danaher announced its intention to separate its Environmental & Applied Solutions segment to create an independent, publicly traded company. The new company will be called Veralto and will be comprised of an outstanding collection of market-leading brands in Danaher's Environmental and Applied Solutions (EAS) segment: Hach, ChemTreat, Trojan, OTT HydroMet, and McCrometer from Danaher's Water Quality Platform and Videojet, Esko, X-Rite Pantone and Linx from the Product Identification Platform. The EAS segment generated revenue of approximately $4.8 billion in 2022 and has a global team of approximately 16,000 associates. As stewards of the world's most vital resources, Veralto will help ensure billions of people have safe food, water, and medicines every day. With a strong Danaher heritage, the Veralto team will continue to deliver trusted expertise to solve its customers' most complex workflow challenges. Its culture of continuous improvement will be codified in the Veralto Enterprise System, which is derived from the Danaher Business System. In 2016, Danaher separated its industrial segment and stood up Fortive (NYSE: FTV), creating the separate public entity that has since progressed further in its industry segment and seen significant revenue growth and stock value since separation from Danaher. About The Role
As the Sr. Manager Network Architecture & Engineering, you will be working with your peers and network & systems engineers to develop, maintain and support a growing number of services for a large global enterprise. As a key member of our Corporate IT (Information Technology) team, you will be involved in defining and implementing standards, automation and innovative solutions that support the success of our collaborative, science and technology driven businesses. Your team delivers Core Network, Hosting and Device Management Services to our portfolio of Operating Companies in a complex, global environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead a technical team of Architects and Engineers in the space of Network, Hosting and Device Management Systems and Services.
Develop and Drive future programs, providing expert input into the strategic development process, and maximizing return on investment of infrastructure technologies.
Together with your team, design enterprise-scale solutions and provide hands-on consultation across a broad spectrum of domains.
Mentor, guide, train your team and successfully enable the support/operations teams through online sessions, documentation, and site visits.
Research and recommend improvements to existing services and drive roadmaps for continuous improvement.
Maintain key performance metrics for both systems/network uptime and performance as well as support team responsiveness
The essential requirements of the job include:
Successfully managed a team of high-performing technical professionals.
Ten or more years of experience in enterprise technology development, business analysis, solution implementation and operations.
Extensive experience in enterprise solutions architecture where teamwork, communication, scripting, process and monitoring are key elements to success.
A proven track-record of successfully delivering secure and reliable implementations of new services.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and lead a team to deliver results.
Excellent English communication skills.
Hands-on network - and systems engineering/architectural experience
Deep understanding of network, compute, and storage technology architecture
You have significant expertise in several of the following technologies:
routing protocols and topologies (BGP, OSPF, VRF)
VPN technologies (IPSec, GRE, DMVPN, DTLS)
Cisco Network Access and Routing Equipment
Firewalls (e.g. ASA, Palo Alto)
Windows Server Infrastructure and Operations
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent Project Management Skills
Good understanding of budgeting, financial management and vendor management
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $192,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
