About the Role:

The Sr. Manager, Executive Compensation will have a vital role in creating, enhancing, and managing our executive pay programs. Collaborating with the VP, Executive Compensation, you will guarantee that our pay programs are in line with our organization's goals and successfully attract, recognize, and retain valuable executive professionals. By staying current with compensation trends, you will consistently enhance our programs to maintain our competitiveness.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain knowledge of compensation trends, best practices, and regulatory changes applicable to executive compensation compliance; advise management on vital changes to policies and practices.

  • Understand short-term and long-term incentive design concepts and identify and apply appropriate enhancements to the company’s programs.

  • Prepare presentation materials and documents for the Compensation Committee of the Board, CPO, CEO, and other senior leaders.

  • Evaluate our executive compensation program structure against proxy and market data to identify whether those programs are aligned with peer, general market and standard processes.

  • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and presentation to help inform, influence, and implement business decisions.

  • Responsible for the project management of the executive compensation elements of the year-end compensation planning process.

  • Build proven relationships with our legal, payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate taxation, accounting and financial reporting of all elements of compensation for the executive population.

  • Conduct job evaluations and market pricing for all SVP+ associates globally, peer group analysis, survey participation and analysis, pay modeling.

  • Respond to compensation-related questions and requests from the executive population.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, HR, or a related major, or equivalent experience.

  • CCP Certification and GRP Certification are a plus.

  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with finance and statistics.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with colleagues.

  • Ability to handle confidential information and take appropriate action when necessary.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Comfortable learning and using a diverse range of software applications.

  • Strong task prioritization skills and ability to identify when further action is needed.

  • Ability to audit and check for reasonableness.

  • Ability to meet tight deadline.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.

  • Self-starter.

  • Knowledge of Workday is a plus.

Pay Range:$155,000 - $175,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
