The Opportunity Adobe's BDR Center of Excellence (BDRCOE) works seamlessly with sales & marketing to bring efficiency in process, campaigns, and technology enablement for the Americas Enterprise BDR organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center of Excellence manager to lead the operational and organizational success of this team. This role is an integral part of the senior BDR leadership team with responsibility for strategy and development of sales process and technology optimization, account-based sales development campaigns, and sales enablement of BDRs. The BDRCOEManager will also run and develop a team of program managers who will deliver various projects to drive operational success across the organization. The ideal candidate is adept in strategic program management and cross-functional (matrix) leadership. Responsibilities: Lead business development campaign strategy to activate BDR prospecting success with close alignment to GTM strategy, product marketing, and BDR/sales management ManageCOEresources and projects to align to the needs of the business via campaign delivery, process improvements and enablement Evaluate existing processes and procedures. Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption of standard methodologies (processes, tools, etc.) to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Work cross-functionally with BDR leadership and Adobe Sales Academy to deliver BDR training and development Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends, practices, and technologies to continually improve BDR operations Ownership of BDR technology stack across Adobe DX and DME BDR teams (i.e.Outreach.io, Chorus/Gong, etc.) Align with BDR/sales leadership for ongoing feedback on process, tools, technology and training. Identify gaps, define requirements, and gain alignment on solutions Requirements 5+ years leading a center of excellence or similar sales leadership function Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, communications, or operations is encouraged Strong leadership and project management skills Ability to develop and run collaborative relationships, communicating with and empowering cross-functional departments to work together for solutions and results Able to measure and diagnose strategic efficacy and recommend course correction/shifts to business plans Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics and integrations with Sales Engagement Platforms (i.e.Outreach.io, Groove, Salesloft) At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $97,900 -- $205,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
