We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Administrator to support a large-scale integration program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing issues and risks, ensuring that they are effectively managed and resolved on time and in alignment with program schedule. This role requires great communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

? Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of deliverables,

ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

? Issue and Risk Management: Identify, document, and track project issues and risks.

Develop mitigation strategies and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.

? Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project

plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and issue/risk logs.

? Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams,

stakeholders, and management. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and

risks.

? Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring that agendas are

set, minutes are recorded, and action items are tracked.

? Resource Management: Assist in the allocation and management of project resources,

ensuring that team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.

? Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards

and align with project objectives.

? Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of best

practices for project management and infrastructure processes.

• Minimum 4 years of experience

• Education: Bachelors
