Our FunctionResponsibilities for this role include general compliance duties related to execution of the firm’s compliance program, including administration of the firm’s code of ethics and other employee conduct policies, performing forensic testing, creating and issuing compliance training. The applicant should be a self-starter with strong organizational, analytical and communication skills and a good understanding of the asset management industry with working knowledge of employee conduct policies and related procedures and regulatory filings. Your ImpactSupport the Investment Adviser Compliance group in performing the following functions, which include but are not limited to:■Serve as a point person in administration of the Company’s Personal Trading Policy ■Act as compliance owner for the FIS Employee Compliance Manager (formerly Protegent PTA) system ■Administer and support processes related to employee conduct, including outside business activities, personal conflicts, political contributions and gifts and entertainment■Review and analyze Anti-Money Laundering alerts and perform other AML related functions■Prepare and file various regulatory filings (e.g. Section 13, Form ADV)■Onboard new employees, including conducting compliance orientation and reviewing paperwork■Support client reporting and review compliance content in the RFP database■Preparing compliance reports for senior management, including the Compliance Council■Perform forensic testing for areas of responsibility ■Project work as applicableYour Required SkillsYour required skills must include:[3-5] years compliance experience in Asset Management or related industryKnowledge the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, specifically Rule 206(4)-7 and 38a-1 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the “Compliance Rules”)Analytical and detail oriented; strong organizational skillsAbility to exercise sound judgment and discretion in identifying, escalating and resolving issuesCompetency with MS PowerPoint, using advanced functionality in Excel and formatting in WordTeam player with strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multi-task and work within tight deadlines Working knowledge of FIS Employee Compliance Manager (formerly Protegent PTA) strongly preferred What We OfferJennison offers a generous benefits package including but not limited to: premier medical benefits, paid time off, a retirement profit sharing plan, wellness reimbursement, fully paid parental leave, family planning support, paid membership to concierge primary care, supplemental mental wellness benefit provides annual allotment of fully paid therapy sessions and unlimited coaching, additional health and wellness benefits, and life insurance. Our hybrid work model provides employees with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. Individual salaries for this role may vary based on various factors including but not limited to, years of experience, range in corporate level, candidate skills, and geographic location. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including but not limited to, individual and organizational performance.
