What you'll be doing...

You'll come up with the best ways to bring our brand and products to life across social media and experiential online and live events. You will drive the strategy of how to bring excitement to the brand across a variety of coordinated initiatives. You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure that our social and sponsorship programs are delivering the strategy. The work you do every single day will directly impact how people experience our brand.

  • Partnership Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations of our partnership portfolio, including communication with partners, sponsors, and agencies. Manage the implementation of partnership agreements and ensure all deliverables are met. Developing innovative ways for people to experience our brand.

  • Activation and Execution: Lead the execution of sponsorship activations, working closely with marketing, sales, and event teams to ensure seamless delivery of all partnership benefits and maximize engagement. Crafting specific programs for target markets and custom audiences.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that all aspects of the sponsorships are integrated across the company's marketing efforts, driving cohesiveness and synergy. Aligning efforts with social and sponsorship teams, marketing, creative and media.

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor the performance of partnerships against set KPIs and objectives, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to the Senior Director and relevant stakeholders. Measuring and improving campaign efficiency.

  • Contract Management: Assist in the negotiation and renewal of partnership contracts, ensuring terms align with the company's strategic goals and financial parameters.

  • Team Support: Support the Senior Director in strategic planning and execution, contributing to the overall success of the sponsorship department. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience in Sales, Marketing or Product Management.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.

  • Translated marketing strategy into effective social and experiential initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand what consumers want and deliver it.

  • Communication and presentation skills.

Where you'll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $111,000.00 and $206,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
