Salesforce Inc. seeks Software Engineering MTS in New York, NY:Job Duties: Formulate, implement, and evaluate algorithms for platform and application features in Java. Code in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development. Work closely with Quality Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Operations to develop, test, and deploy highly useful, high-quality software. Analyze, design and develop test cases and implement automated test suites. Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovation that improves salesforce.com. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline and two (2) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered., OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or five (5) years of experience in the job offered. A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).Special Skill Requirements: (1) Java; (2) C; (3) Python; (4) HTML; (5) CSS; (6) Git; (7) JavaScript; (8) Linux; and (9) SQL. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.
