Hours/Wk: 7 hours, 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday, Friday Shift: 9am-5pm Skills: Epic Proficient, Excel, Access, Word, Clinical Social Worker, LMSW/LCSW Preferred Coordinates all functions related to the planning and implementation of the Chat Program. This includes providing psychosocial assessments and interventions for selected clients at designated hospital/health care sites, as well as program callers over the phone, and implementing all aspects of the Teen and Parent group, including arranging for monthly speakers and activities, co-facilitating teen and parent groups, developing program schedules and curriculum, and conducting assessments of clients for appropriateness for the group. Close collaboration with the health team is an integral part of the position. The coordinator will also have responsibility for program planning and administrative activities to further program goals, including program evaluation and research, and recruitment ,training and supervising of peer volunteers, as well as coordinating and participating in community based health education programs, in collaboration with Manager.
