In the role of Senior Strategic Delivery Manager, we'll count on you to:
  • Participate in monthly, or as appropriate, project reviews on strategic projects
  • Function, when necessary, as the main point of contact for the client
  • Develop communication workflow
  • Work with Managing Principals/Market Sector Directors to develop staffing strategy and mentor
  • Develop and manage delivery strategy
  • Assist with contract review, change management procedures, schedule analysis and budget development
  • Work on multiple assignments with various market sectors
  • Support Project Mangers
  • Work with local offices to improve project performance and delivery
  • Work with Regional Directors and Market Sector leaders on project issues
  • Participate in pursuits and review of marketing proposals for team leadership, fee reviews, and workplans on strategic projects
  • Lead teams when necessary to complement the delivery of critical and strategic projects
  • Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in the health industry
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Advanced credentialing desired (ACHA, EDAC, LEED)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a Architecture or Engineering
  • Active Registered Architecture or Professional Engineering license
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in leading large projects
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced in developing and managing diverse teams
  • Work cooperatively with operations and marketing on client management efforts
  • Committed to quality and safety consistent with HDR values

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
