Gabriel Bros. Inc. d/b/a Gabriel & Co. Seeks: Title: Senior Operations Analyst (Order to Cash)Location: New York, NY. The role holder is expected to work in the company's office located in New York, NY 95% of the time, with 5% occasional travel requirements to the company's Off-Shore Development Centre located in Chennai, India.Job duties: Responsible for identifying and executing the improvement of operational efficiency in the manufacturing and service workflows .Implement better tools, technology, and streamlined processes that support The Company’s goals and business initiatives by working closely with stakeholders in the customer service, finance, merchandising, and production departments in the USA and abroad. Use BPM and LSS methodologies to analyze and map ‘as-is’ business processes across the company's Order to Cash Departments (OTC): Customer Service, Finance, Merchandising, and Production, and create well defined product requirement documents for OTC-related technologies (i.e. Microsoft Nav ERP, PLM, Amazon Connect, etc.). Identify opportunities for improvement and a better ‘to-be’ state across the company's OTC Departments, and assist with the implementation of these opportunities with the OTC business stakeholders and the IT department’s product team, including creating clear product SRS documents for IT Product Leads and Technicians, working closely with the UI/UX team to ensure user flows are flawless and align with business requirements, testing, and providing feedback on product solutions. Rollout new and/or improved processes and product features by creating ‘new feature’ documentations, training OTC departments, and coaching them on best practices that meet organizational objectives. Work with the IT Data and Business Intelligence team to create intelligent, insightful dashboards and reports (in Qliksense BI) on the key drivers of the company's OTC processes, in order to provide analytical support to management for making strategic decisions. Create standard operating documents on the policies, processes, and procedures of the OTC departments. Support Snr Manager of Operations and Analytics and OTC department stakeholders with various projects as needed, and work with the Product team to deliver product roadmap on relevant projects. The role holder is expected to work in the company's office located in New York, NY 95% of the time, with 5% occasional travel requirements to the company's Off-Shore Development Centre located in Chennai, India.Job Requirements: Master of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Business (with focus on operational analysis/process improvement) or related field with 3 years of related experience or Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Business (with focus on operational analysis/process improvement) or related field with 5 years of related experience. Prior experience in /with: Excel , including Vlookup, Pivot Table, and Arrays; process mapping tools, including Visio or Draw.io; project management tools, including Planner; SAP for ERP system, or Microsoft Navision; SQL, including Select/Update Statements, Cases, and Joining Tables; Power BI or Qliksense; Lean Six Sigma and BPM (Business Process Management) methodologies; and solving quantitative and analytical problems. The role holder is expected to work in the company's office located in New York, NY 95% of the time, with 5% occasional travel requirements to the company's Off-Shore Development Centre located in Chennai, India.Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S. 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. work days: 5 days per/week, Monday through Friday.
