MasterCard International Incorporated Senior Managing Consultant, Innovation Consulting in New York, New York

Position Duties: Serve as a business development and sales engineering expert for our suite of innovation services and solutions within North America. Align with internal stakeholders across Mastercard Labs, Advisors, market, and product teams to develop and execute proactive business development strategies for key clients across all verticals (financial services, retail, travel, hospitality, healthcare, government, and mobility). Be a key advocate for innovation for Mastercard's customer base, serving as one of the faces of Mastercard Labs externally in North America & globally. Create compelling narratives and value propositions for client proposals, develop materials to communicate those clearly to the client stakeholders, as well as play a lead role in conversations for new opportunities. Conduct high level market trend and industry desk-research to support sales efforts and identify product innovation opportunities. Manage and track the sales opportunity pipeline, coordinating with Labs as a Service NAM leadership and account management teams. Support account teams to execute and manage the customer contract agreement process. Coordinate transition and knowledge transfer between sales and delivery teams. Provide input for strategies to optimize growth and optimization for the Labs as a Service sales efforts. Assist in the development and execution of co-innovation workshops while practicing fundamental design thinking techniques and practices. Ability and willingness to travel domestically. Variable, but up to approximately 40% during peak periods.Job Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Technology, Math, or related and seven (7) years of experience in job offered or as a Product Strategy, Strategic Sales, Bus. Dev, Strategy Consulting, Tech Strategy, or related. Qualifying experience must include at least two (2) years with each of the following: Business development for large, innovative, and agile organizations; Product innovation and consulting; Demonstrated executive-level presentation—must have persuasive “presence” and ability to effectively communicate technology to the business and business to the technologists; Product development process especially agile & design thinking methodologies; Selling or delivering digital solutions and services; Innovation frameworks and practical technology application; Consultative leadership and engagement management with sophisticated and complex customers and projects; Driving strategies for product architecture, engineering and service integration aligning to customer specific environments; MS Excel and financial modeling. Minimum Salary: 200000 Maximum Salary: 244000 Salary Unit: Yearly
