DUTIES: Leading a team of Analysts providing management and administrative support for compensation programs. Managing the administration of sales attainment data, and partnering with the Sales Strategy, Sales Operation and Commissions team to ensure incentives are paid on time. Designing, developing, testing and deploying data integration solutions for MongoDB. Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements. Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize objectives, and translate business process objectives into technical specifications and software solutions. Identify automation opportunities within the business, create detailed process flow documentation and implement quality solutions leveraging UiPath automation tools. Automate manual business processes by building software solutions. Create integrations between enterprise systems like Salesforce, Netsuite, Successfactors, Coupa, Xactly Incent etc., by using Python scripts and middleware technologies like Boomi. Build sophisticated dashboards in Tableau by aggregating data from different enterprise systems for stakeholders. Designing and building effective incentive compensation management solutions for the organization using Xactly ICM. Developing, creating presentations of sales compensation training content and communications. Developing and executing on Department objectives by managing team in the gathering and preparation of requirements scoping, product description documents, and project management in JIRA. Developing the team in their career growth by building growth and development plans which includes exploring and training on new skills and tools. Telecommuting permissible from any location in US.Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Analytics, or related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a data analytics-related occupationSkills: Experience and/or education must include:1.Data Integrations using ETL tools for Xactly Incent;2.Designing and building effective incentive compensation management solutions for the organization using Xactly ICM;3.Create integrations between enterprise systems like Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, Xactly Incent, etc., by using Python scripts and middleware technologies like Pervasive;4.Experience in reporting and Analytics build out in Tableau such as commissions payments or quota attainment by Geo, by Product, by Year, by Quarter displayed in data tables or graphs;5.Proficient in SQL and Python to build queries to extract, transform and analyze raw data needed for analysis from datalake/warehouse; and6.Knowledge of applied statistics and experience with regression analysis using tools like Jmp, Alteryx and SAS.OTHER: Job Site: 1633 Broadway, 38th Floor, New York, NY 10019 & Telecommuting permissible from anywhere within the US.; 40 hours/week; $169,229 /year - $247,000 /year.
