How you'll make an impact:

SiriusXM is seeking a self-motivated, passionate, and agile Senior Manager, Automotive Partnership Marketing to join our dynamic group. We are a team of expert marketers committed to driving SiriusXM trial awareness for customers of subsequently owned vehicles while contributing to subscription growth. The Automotive Partnerships group plays a vital role in SiriusXM's subscriber growth, and the position requires business insight and strong project management skills on every project to meet goals.

What you'll do:

This role reports into the Associate Director, Automotive Partner Marketing to successfully develop, implement, and manage marketing programs, including development of campaign strategies, coordinating the planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns, ensuring alignment with both company and partner objectives. This role will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive mutual growth, increase brand visibility, and drive marketing performance.

  • Manage new and existing Automotive Remarketing programs designed to get customers buying or servicing vehicles listening to their SiriusXM trial subscription
  • Develop co-marketing campaigns for key partners such as DMS Providers, Large Dealer Groups, State Associations and OEMs to support Pre-Owned & Service Lane Programs.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Dealership Marketing for Franchise & Independent Automotive Dealerships, working closely with team leaders and Automotive Field team, heading up Roundtables with District Manager leads
  • Lead marketing initiatives for Automotive Refresh supporting the SiriusXM Dealer and Enterprise apps as well as Lot Service Providers
  • Manage external vendors who support the Automotive estore
  • Support existing Dealer Retention marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns and promotional elements necessary to drive program growth including digital marketing, print advertising, direct mail, email marketing, B2B websites, collateral/POS, dealer training, and event marketing, with contributions to strategy as well as tactical implementation.
  • Monitor and report on performance and suggest improvements and alternative approaches based on quantitative results and qualitative feedback.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams and peers, including Sales/Business Development, Field Teams, Operations, Brand Marketing, Programming and Legal on development and approvals of new campaigns and initiatives.
  • Research used vehicle industry, understand industry trends, and use insights to propose new marketing opportunities that position the company and its partners for success.
  • Plan and coordinate partner-related events, such as joint webinars, conferences, or trade shows. Ensure that these events effectively deliver on the value of our trial subscriptions and B2B programs and generate meaningful engagement and leads.
  • Ongoing project management, seamless communication, and coordination to optimize the effectiveness of partner programs, and continued performance metrics monitoring and delivery of analytics.
  • Manage marketing budgets, invoices, and payments.
  • Provide Status reports and analytics on a timely basis.
  • Participation in industry events as required (estimated 10%), may include some weekends.

What you'll need:

  • 7+ years of experience working in Marketing, Advertising or Communications. Prior Automotive/OEM, Dealer or Dealer Supplier experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree with focus on marketing or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience.
  • Entrepreneurial: You're a self-starter who gets excited at the chance to run initiatives end-to-end with full ownership and autonomy. You have no problem getting down in the weeds but can also pivot to be strategic and provide thought leadership support.
  • You're a Facilitator: You are acutely aware of all the moving pieces and can collaborate with other groups to execute.
  • You have a creative streak: You have a keen eye for detail and appreciation for good creative. You're familiar with copy & design best practices and know how to champion creative quality.
  • Engaging and highly effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills that cultivate and grow lasting business relationships both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a highly fluid, fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to "internal and external clients" and customer service principles. You have the ability to operate independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • General understanding of Car Electronics, Home Electronics or Mobile Devices.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $92,000 to $122, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
