AdhereTech Senior Director, Strategic Accounts (Clinical) in New York, New York
About the Role:
As a member of the Sales team, you will have a direct impact on the clinical trials/research related sales process, from prospecting, preparing and running sales meetings to regulatory approvals and ultimately closing sales with top pharmaceutical clients.
You will open new doors - both within your network and through your ability to drive targeted/scaled sales activity. You will have the backing of a highly engaging adherence and remote monitoring program that drives significant value for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to engage in the continued development and progress of our clinical trials/research related products and services.
Your specific responsibilities will evolve over time, especially as our organization evolves to the needs and priorities of the healthcare ecosystem.
Directly selling to clinical trial-related clients at Pharmaceutical companies, including various stakeholders such as procurement, digital, innovation, medical, regulatory, etc.
You will present solutions that directly match the issues our clients face, while being appropriately and creatively persistent to ensure you get through the noise.
You will work closely with all aspects of the sales process (from prospecting to proposal writing to contract finalization)
Progress deals through the various stages of our pipeline
Achieve sales targets as aligned with sales forecast
Be the strategic liaison for all client needs
Work internally with AdhereTech colleagues to manage account plans for those accounts assigned to you, while handling client-related needs
Handle post-sales client relationship with a goal of expansion
Support and provide guidance as to AdhereTech?s progress into our clinical trial product and service offering
What the Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
10+ years experience successfully selling clinical trial-related services to pharmaceutical manufacturers
Deep knowledge of clinical trials, clinical research, and related-data/analytics and services
Experience working with CROs, CMOs - in such a role that includes sales, partnerships and/or directly working for these organizations
You are a top performer in your current and previous roles, by selling more than your peers
You work exceedingly well with your peers and your clients
The ideal candidate will have five or more years experience selling large enterprise, multi-brand clinical trial services to pharmaceuticals. Additional experience selling to and partnering with clinical organizations, pharmacies and managed care organizations.
You are an outstanding presenter and writer
You are consultative and thoughtful in your approach
You use your time effectively, focus on previously determined priorities and work diligently hard to accomplish your professional goals
You?re experienced and deeply comfortable in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), MS Office/Google Drive tools, and LinkedIn.
The position normally requires travel to client locations and conferences, but will take advantage of a virtual environment until we are able to safely travel
