Choreograph LLC Senior DevOps Engineer in New York, New York
Senior DevOps Engineer, Choreograph LLC, New York, NY. Partner with development teams and IT Operations in the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) definitions. Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning. Develop, improve, and document automated processes to ensure sustainable systems and services. Evaluate and incorporate new technologies into existing frameworks and solutions. Incorporate security best practices. Provide administration to software repository, and third-party CI/CD tools. Lead team projects and initiatives. Train and coach team members.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $142,563/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience in the position offered or a related position.Must have three (3) year of experience with/in:•Linux environment; •Writing bash scripts to automate tasks; •Python, and at least one other language such as Go or JavaScript; •Creating IaC and CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard cloud infrastructure tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation, and a YAML based CI/CD framework; •Containerized applications and associated orchestration tools such as Cloud Run, Google Kubernetes Engine, Dataproc, or Helm; •Incorporated infrastructure monitoring, logging, and alerting tools; and •Networking concepts such as CIDR notations, VPSc, subnets, and firewalls.
