Define and implement talent development strategy in the U.S. for identified segments, ensuring alignment with Grupo Santander’s global strategic business objectives. Reimagine, define, digitalize, and systematize the primary talent management in the country, including role mandates for key positions, succession planning, development plans, and career plans. Establish KPIs for measurement and subsequent monitoring to evaluate the success of implemented processes. Lead talent review processes, including identifying successors with highest potential and evaluating core leadership competencies. Advocate for mobility and career development within the group by participating in global forums with peers to share information and insights. Provide career advice and one-to-one development and coaching to executives in the scope. Support processes to attract top talent for senior positions by mapping market position, proactively identifying business needs, setting clear evaluation criteria, and defining and digitalizing associated processes. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (with concentration in Management) or Human Resources Management, plus 3 years of experience in the position offered or a talent and development management position at an international bank.**All required experience must have included managing HR solutions in a complex, matrixed organization with geographic diversity; implementing corporate-driven HR policies and collaborating with local and corporate HR teams; participating in talent management for financial service industry in global regions (South/Central America or Europe) including developing learning programs and end-to-end initiatives for recruitment, development, and retention, and potential assessment execution; implementing robust succession planning and individual development plans supported by coaching and career advisory; developing HR policies with a focus on employee relations, organizational aspects, and top management needs, and applying multicultural sensitivity, diversity, and inclusion practices; using HR analytics for data-driven decision-making; and working with WorkDay, including talent module, for global-scale succession processes and skill analysis and reports.Position requires approximately 10% domestic and international travel to connect with local and global HR teams. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York, NY office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.#LI-DNI

Minimum Salary: 115,000 Maximum Salary: 150,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
