Wunderman Thompson is seeking a dynamic, business-minded Senior Client Finance Analyst to join the team! This team member will be responsible for monitoring financial reports, maintaining and completing client billing, and pulling data from multiple sources to analyze and present budget to actual variances.
What you'll do:

Partner | Work with clients and internal teams to analyze variances and forecast financial targets. Maintain accurate client billing and translate financial reports to client teams and regional staff.

Analyze | Review client's co-marketing partner's terms, conditions, and financial metrics.

Track | Track budgets, cash flow projections and execution of billing and receivables.

Report | Prepare and send financial reports to clients on a weekly basis highlighting status of reimbursement dollars.

Drive Growth | Manage and ensure we meet global cash goals

Who you are:

Detail Oriented | Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Collaborative| Interested in learning about the industry and the people who contribute to our success.

A Strong Communicator | Must be able to speak with all levels of employees, across various disciplines.

Resilient| Digs in and simplifies how to work around problems, asking "why not?" and "how can we make this better?"

What you'll need:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance. Agency experience highly preferred.

Advanced PC Microsoft Office software skills with emphasis on Excel.

Acts as a team player to achieve client and agency objectives.

Ability to execute against aggressive targets and operate in dynamic environment.

Innate problem solver with proven experience in identifying process improvements

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; must demonstrate logical thinking in order to gather and report data.

Great written and verbal communication skills with adaptable styles.

Excellent time management; able to perform tasks without direct supervision.

Proactively looks for opportunities to add value to agency operations and client's bottom line.

Understanding of accounting concepts such as debits/credits, revenue recognition, reserves, absorptions.
