Senior BA - FX EOD Risk

The Senior BA - FX EOD Risk will help drive the platform's development forward. You will be responsible for communicating with Trading, Finance, Market Risk and other stakeholders. You will be acting as a reviewer and challenge IT to ensure the root cause is addressed for user requirements, with a strong emphasis on numeracy and excellent IT skills. As part of the Risk, Finance and Treasury Technology team, more than 450 applications and a user base of 7,000+ staff are supported in this role.

What will you be doing?
\* You will be involved in requirements analysis, software design, configuration, and testing activities across several high impact projects
\* You will be accountable and responsible for the business analysis and stakeholder engagement across a range of projects, as agreed with the application managers
\* Documenting matters related to business requirements and specifications
\* Leading BA testing activities within the overall test plan for each project
\* Running and/or participating in daily stand-up or scrum meetings as appropriate for each project
\* Working closely with the developers, architects, and project managers across all regions and business clusters in a controlled, transparent and actively risk managed fashion
What we're looking for:
\* Solid decision making and problem solving skills, with a solid emphasis on numeracy and excellent IT skills
\* Solid experience driving decisions within the BA function and SDLC
\* Solid team leaderships skills with experience managing teams across diverse global settings
\* Solid communication and organizational skills with an emphasis on stakeholder management
Skills that will help you in the role:
\* Experience in investment banking, especially in markets, is preferred
\* Solid experience working with financial market risk data
\* Solid knowledge of Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange trading and products
\* Knowledge of Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange trading and products

You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center, and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
