Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) is chartered with driving agile marketing solutions and enabling innovative, high-quality marketing for the enterprise, while transforming end-to-end marketing processes and platforms. The Direct Marketing Excellence team is responsible for the E2E execution of Marketing direct mail campaigns collaborating closely with Marketing, creative agencies and third-party print suppliers. They provide high touch consultation to Marketing to ensure flawless execution of print and mail while driving efficiencies and speed to market within the US & Canada.

This senior analyst will be responsible for managing Merchant and Customer Direct Mail Campaigns and Welcome Kit materials

Responsibilities

  • Mailings from initial planning through completion partnering with Marketing, Direct Marketing Agencies, Internal Operations Teams and approved/assigned Vendors to coordinate the project scope, schedule, cost as well as the print/lettershop production of the projects.

  • Oversee all aspects of the print/lettershop production including artwork approval, approve printer proofs, write lettershop instructions, personalization approval, insert/mail approvals and postage processing all using our AdaptiveWork Project Management while keeping the project on schedule and on budget.

  • Prepare estimates for Marketing, cut purchase orders and finalize project costs against the estimate.

  • Participate in weekly status meeting with Marketing and external vendors

  • Work with Sr Manager on new format designs and cost save ideas.

  • Please note, salary increases in case of a lateral move are provided only on an exception basis and in line with compensation guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree

  • Three years of direct mail and print production project management experience

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously and being a team player

  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • Resilient in coping with conflicting demands, able to prioritize responsibilities/tasks and work under pressure

  • Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information with discretion

  • Able to work on tight deadlines when necessary

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Acrobat

  • Hybrid role

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
