SEGMENT MARKETING, ASSOCIATE
As part of the broader segment marketing team, this individual would be responsible for supporting the segment team to manage and update marketing collateral, provide campaign execution support, coordinate events, and maintain calendars for events and campaigns, and other sales tools and supporting content. Typical campaigns include one or more of the following components: digital, web, direct mail, email, webcasts, social, and events.This is an opportunity to gain broad knowledge of our marketing practice by coordinating with marketing managers across the team and the potential for growth within segment marketing or broader Marketing organization.
General Marketing Responsibilities
Coordinator for the segment marketing team to set up webcasts and regional events including, but not limited to, creation of invites, lists, follow up and presentations, and manage events calendar
Assist with editing marketing materials, drafting emails and working with compliance for approvals
Manage projects that will include compliance submissions, working with design and copywriter, and submitting requests to the workflow tool
Maintain a campaign calendar for the segment marketing team
Manage requests for metrics reporting, such as for emails and firm specific web page
Manage and maintain marketing collateral, including making updates and resubmission of existing materials for compliance approval, and manage segment collateral in Seismic
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
2+ years of marketing experience preferred
Marketing experience with investment/finance knowledge a plus
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
Strong financial email writing skills preferred
Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
Self-motivated individual who can adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Tableau, Percolate, Eloqua/Engage a plus
Experience working for a brokerage, bank, investment manager, consultant, insurer, or pensions/endowment a plus
Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Project management skills a big plus

Salary range:$58,500-$85,000
Overtime eligible:Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes
Sales bonus eligible:No
