  • System Administration: Oversee sales processes and user activities. Perform regular maintenance and updates on Salesforce. Stay informed about Salesforce capabilities- Salesforce Configuration & Maintenance: Manage and configure Salesforce for various applications. Ensure optimal functionality and integration of Salesforce tools- Strategic Stakeholder Management: be a self-directed owner of the core Revenue (Sales) Operations tech stack and act as a leader who engages autonomously with senior leaders & stakeholders- User Support & Training: Act as the primary contact for Sales Salesforce support. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support- Implementation & Integration: Implement and integrate third-party applications with Salesforce. Assist with new feature rollouts and functionality enhancementsData Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce- Technical Interface: Serve as a liaison between business users and external partners. Solve complex business challenges with scalable solutions- Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain up-to-date documentation and best practices. Evaluate third-party solutions for compatibility and efficiency- Data Governance & Integrations: Design and execute data integrations and updates. Minimum Salary: 130000 Maximum Salary: 150000 Salary Unit: Yearly
