Job Summary
The Regional Marketing Manager for a premier corporate client is responsible for supporting multi-unit initiatives, while implementing corporate initiatives and assuring the marketing standards are in place within the unit(s). They will coordinate, support and communicate projects and give updates to the corporate marketing and data analytics departments. This includes developing promotional materials and seasonal ideas in the business, all the while driving innovation with an eye on consumer insights and trends. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the operations team to ensure that revenue, customer satisfaction and guest experience, and R/A marketing and merchandising goals are met.
This position oversees a wide range of building-wide communications, with responsibilities including strategy, client management, and oversight across multiple locations. Experience in guest experience and communications is highly beneficial. The role requires on-site work Monday through Friday and is regional in scope, supporting multiple accounts across the USA. It involves travel to various accounts and in-person presence at different locations.
This is an in-person role.
You will:
Develop deep knowledge of the account and client expectations
Provide innovation that continues to keep the account current and on trend with marketing practices and local competition.
Increase participation, check average, and drive top line sales in café, catering & coffee bar operations through development of marketing programs
Develop monthly marketing calendar for all dining operations at account and share with clients monthly
Lead monthly marketing meetings with colleagues
Ensure effective tracking of new initiatives and share results with colleagues and R/A Corporate Marketing
Perform additional marketing projects as tasked, related to business development and portfolio wide site specific needs.
Provide hands-on support and responsibility for set-ups of culinary, marketing, retail, and wellness programs from corporate
Develop annual Business Plan marketing objectives.
Assist in preparing quarterly business review presentation
Work with client’s marketing and communication teams as needed to promote dining operations
Maintain and update dining website
Maintain/support dining website and Social Media platforms and build café participation through these channels
Work within provided budgets and guidelines.
Participate in marketing manager meetings with RA Corporate marketing department.
Support RA Corporate marketing department with new account openings when needed; weekend work and travel may occur.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required. Marketing experience preferred.
Demonstrated skill in handling multiple tasks.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft office including Excel and Powerpoint.
Knowledge in major Social Media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat), tools, and techniques.
InDesign software experience a plus.
