Job Position: NYC.GOV Program ManagerLocation: Brooklyn, NY & RemotePay Rate: $105 to $115 per hourSchedule: 3 days in office at 2 MetroTech Center, Brooklyn, NY 11201 / 2 days remoteJob Description:Scope of Services:Manage workstreams for the build of nyc.gov to deliver high-quality digital experiences on time.Establish and track project deliverables; help mitigate obstacles in executing work plans for project activities, sprints, or phases.Lead and manage sprint planning and task management.Monitor project activities, document agreements, communicate with stakeholders, and escalate issues promptly.Establish deadlines and monitor project progress; follow up with relevant stakeholders.Facilitate meetings with teams and stakeholders; provide timely recaps and drive resolution of next steps.Mandatory Skills/Experience:Minimum of 8 years of experience managing web projects.Proven experience driving websites and web features to launch, with a focus on detail and quality user experiences.Deep knowledge of agile project management practices; experience leading sprints in large organizations and proactive planning.Experience collaborating with other disciplines to launch digital tools and services.Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with leadership, experts, and decision-makers across teams.Knowledge of agile methodologies and modern software development practices.Experience setting up project management processes for cross-functional teams with varying workflows.
