Palantir Technologies Program Manager - Commercial Deployments in New York, New York
- Be the first responder when things go wrong. If a problem is outside your area of expertise, you know how to move both collaboratively and independently toward a solution while optimally using team resources.
- Synthesize concrete goals from client needs, prioritizing your deployment's strategy, and optimizing for outsized impact, end-user's needs, and long-term client relationship durability.
- Directly own and run aspects of Palantir operations that are critical to your team's outcomes and often the difference between failure and success, from individual processes to broader work streams.
- Identify, evaluate, and help prioritize growth opportunities and pain points with clear structure and rigor.
- Develop and execute client-specific or cross-functional strategic initiatives to drive growth and create/scale operations.
- Maintain broad and complete state of everything involving or related to your team. Pre-empt and resolve any issues that may steer projects off course.
- Optimize cross-team collaboration. Calibrate a room of peers and/or customers to align across shared objectives. This may include engaging internal teams such as product, finance, legal, or sales that support deployments.
- Proven success managing complex projects in high-stakes environments.
- Excellent problem solving skills, sound judgment, and composure in high-pressure situations.
- An appetite for grittiness. You are eager to roll up your sleeves and can pivot from a high-level view to a granular perspective to ensure our world-class solutions are delivered without issue.
- Demonstrating a high level of action-oriented empathy to understand and respond to end-users.
- An ability to develop and cultivate strong rapport within our product development teams. You are willing to invest in learning technical concepts and can engage in technical discussion.
- Ability to travel 25-50% required. Varies by location and team.
- 3+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
