Bloomberg LP Production Support Splst & Techn Relatnship Rep - Entp Tech in New York, New York
Job Duties: Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Electronic Trading and reporting products suite, examine their root cause, and offer a solution in a timely manner, working directly with customers and internal partners across functions. Provide production support for existing clients. Partner with Engineering and Product teams to design and implement future systems, product improvements, and prevent system issues. Collaborate with internal partners such as the Internal Service Teams, Sales and Product team to provide client feedback. Examine root cause statistics for trends in production issues and partner with clients to ensure preventative measures are implemented successfully. Tailor communication according to the client audience for both technical and non-technical users, including objection handling. Understand and communicate technology roadmaps to clients so there is both transparency and alignment between our organizations.Job Requirements: Position requires a Master’s degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related and one (1) year of experience in the job offered, or as a Technology Specialist, Technical Support Specialist, Software Developer, or related.Must have one (1) year of experience in each of the following skills: Python; SQL; Linux or Unix; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Statistical analysis; Data cleansing; and Data modeling.
Minimum Salary: 105500 Maximum Salary: 150000 Salary Unit: Yearly
