JPMorgan Chase Product Manager - Sales Process Optimization - Executive Director in New York, New York

Join our Digital Client Relationship Management Product Team, where we develop and deliver innovative products designed to enhance client service, deepen client relationships, and drive market share growth for our Sales and Research teams within Markets. Our current product suite includes CRM systems, Conference & Roadshow platforms, and Capital Advisory Solutions. We work closely with Sales and Research to identify and implement opportunities for digital innovation, ensuring our business remains at the forefront of the market.

Position Summary

As an Executive Director, Sales Process Optimization Product Manager for the Digital Markets Sales Team , you will be responsible for assessing day-to-day business practices within our Markets sales department and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements. This role will require you to be a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales processes, automation technologies, and product management within the financial services industry.

As an Executive Director for our team, you will be tasked with understanding and executing assessment and analysis, process improvement, automation and technology, market share growth as well as stakeholder collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in sales processes and practices.

  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline sales processes.

  • Propose and prioritize process changes to enhance client service and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements.

  • Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual tasks and improve accuracy.

  • Work with IT and development teams to design and implement automation solutions.

  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to support sales processes.

  • Develop strategies to grow market share through improved sales processes and client service.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor practices to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute growth initiatives.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, sales process optimization, or a related role within the financial services industry.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and market dynamics.

  • Experience with automation technologies and process improvement methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
