This is a new position being created to be the lead for a new product rollout called Rightsline. Conde Nast is going to be utilizing Rightsline to manage all rights in and rights out information for our worldwide organization. This position's role is to plan, design, assist in the development and launch efficient business, system enhancements and changes in support of core rights management functions and business processes. This position will be the lead for requirement gathering and interface with various stakeholders worldwide.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Performingsystem analysison softwareprograms,applications, andweb services.
Determiningsystem efficiencyandfunctionalityby liaising with internal departments and end-users.
Efficiently integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
Ensuringend-user proficiencywith new systems, programs, and applications across departments. Interface with various market leaders for rights analysis and process.
5-10 years of experience
Must have a background in Rights and/or Media Entertainment
Must have experience understanding the contract creation process and how worldwide rights would be acted upon
Experience at a company that produces content: publisher, media, marketing, etc
Led implementation of a software implementation project, whether it's a CMS, CRM, DAM, etc.
Rightsline experience preferred
