We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own one of the company's most important charters - accelerating Figma's revenue growth. This team will drive one of our most critical business metrics, Expansion, by connecting users to the compelling value that Figma's product suite can unlock. You will tackle exciting challenges with real revenue impact, and build the best monetization experience for our users by developing hypotheses to improve our growth flywheel and expand the network of users getting value from Figma.
What you'll do at Figma:- Work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and execute on a strategy for driving expansion of paid users across Figma's customer base
- Build a portfolio of experiments and new features around the monetization product experience that help users discover value and convert across Figma's product offering
- Collaborate with other Figma product teams on pricing & packaging strategy, ensuring the right monetization levers are in place to achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Do all the things you'd expect in a PM, like driving planning and prioritization, defining and tracking key metrics, collaborating on marketing, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience leading major product or growth initiatives across user-facing products
- Track record of delivering impact through data-driven experimentation and strategic bets
- Are metrics-minded and constantly thinking about how your team's work ladders up to business and user value
- Are a strong cross-functional collaborator, both within the product development organization and with business functions
- Have deep user empathy and are able to understand complex product spaces
Pay Transparency Disclosure
If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
