Google Product Activation Lead, Go-To-Market, YouTube in New York, New York
This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of YouTube large partners and creator ecosystems, the Music industry, or eCommerce operations as well as the customer and competitive contexts in which they operate.
Ability to take initiative and effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, high energy, constantly evolving, team environment.
Excellent communications skills with the ability to structure a storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
The Product & Partner Go-To-Market (PPG) team launches and lands new products, policies, and content strategies that make YouTube the world’s top destination for video. Our team of expert Product Specialists provides a unified voice for Product across several other key teams — including Surfaces & Apps, Content Creation & Engagement, Monetization, and Rights & Content Management — as well as the Partnership Enablement team, which brings product, policy, and content strategies to market via all the partner-facing teams across Google’s business.
The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations Team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic initiatives to drive the growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include strategic planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations for the three regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
In this role, you will be a key partner to YouTube AMER Partnerships teams and leadership, helping them to bring our products to market, and an advocate for creators and publishers helping to bring their feedback to product teams to ensure it meets the needs of all of our creators and partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Own the product go-to-market strategy in AMER for specific key verticals.
Work seamlessly with Global Product Activation team and the AMER YouTube Partnerships team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals, while also leading cross-functional projects working with broad stakeholder set.
Support the launch of vertical's products in AMER markets.
Synthesize and prioritize regional product feedback. Make recommendations on product roadmap to global.
Collaborate with global product, regional and country teams on pilots, program assessments, and cross-functional engagements to drive market growth and support business plan.
