Job Summary
The role will support PCG clients and Bankers directly and where needed by location and/or branch. Provides utility support by facilitating banking services and documentation support meeting specific branch and/or location needs. Acts as the central point of contact for Private Client Groups requiring additional assistance where staffing deficiencies exists.
Pay Range: $24.36 - $34.62 - $44.87
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviews and prioritizes requests for support received from multiple Private Client Groups via telephone and email. Coordinates response efforts and completion of tasks.
- Assesses problems reported by Bankers in servicing clients and determines most efficient and expedient method of resolution. Escalates where appropriate.
- Leads efforts to improve situations in contingency modes. Identifies trends, best practices and makes recommendations for procedural changes as needed.
- Supports Private Client Groups with client relationships, including wire transfers, new account paperwork, foreign wires, collections etc.
- May be asked to fulfill a broad range of financial center operations tasks, including: facilitation of transaction processing, financial center proof, daily/monthly financial center reports, monthly audits, etc.
- May be required to perform teller functional duties when necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years of related experience..
- 0 to 3 years financial services or teller experience
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
