Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in the financial services industry, located in New York. This role involves tasks such as general windows imaging, laptop intake and shipping.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out general windows imaging tasks efficiently

• Manage the intake of laptops and prepare them for use

• Handle shipping tasks related to laptops and other equipment

• Monitor and maintain accurate customer records

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Take appropriate action on customer accounts when necessary

• Process customer applications accurately and quickly

• Utilize 'Break Fix' and 'Break-Fix' skills in daily tasks

• Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Possess a strong understanding of the financial services industry

• Able to troubleshoot and repair various computer systems and networks

• Proficient in Break Fix and Break-Fix skills

• Familiarity with the latest PC technology and software

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

• Must possess a high level of attention to detail

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems

• Previous experience as a PC Technician is a plus

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Availability to work outside standard business hours when necessary
