Our client is looking for full-time Payroll Implementation Manager. This role will be onsite in New York, New York.

Contract Duration: 12-Months

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

  • This person will be responsible for managing the payroll & employment tax transition of an acquisition taking place.

  • This will involve managing the onboarding of the acquisition company payrolls into the outsourced payroll vendor ecosystem, ensuring successful project implementation ensuring continuity during the transition and supporting the payroll & employment tax teams and the acquisition company.

  • This person will also own the post transition payroll activities to ensure data integrity such as collecting historical payroll information and reports from the acquisition company to ensure good storage in the ecosystem for the future, as well as helping to close any payroll registrations down where necessary for the old acquisition company payrolls.

  • The person will support the employment tax team in managing the transition of our mobility tax program between the acquisition company and client.

  • This position will also manage two project related resources based in Budapest and Gurgaon.
