The Salesforce Partner Engagement & Communications team drives marketing in support of the Salesforce Alliances and Channels (A&C) organization. Our team is passionate about Partner success and operates with an entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced setting. We work with stakeholders globally both within Salesforce as well as with our greater Salesforce ecosystem.

About the Role:

This role supports the Partner Enablement Marketing team, whose mission is to empower Salesforce Partners to expand their capabilities. The Virtual Enablement Event Marketing Manager will work closely with stakeholders to manage and execute virtual events which includes establishing a framework and process to manage the events and handling, managing the attendance from start to finish (registration, communications engagement, etc.), marketing the virtual events to Partners, and reporting event results to stakeholders.This opportunity requires a detail-oriented, cross-functional leader with excellent organization, operational and communication skills.


  • Create a process and framework to plan, execute, and report on various types of virtual enablement events (ex. webinars, academies, office hours, etc.)

  • Lead the planning and execution of nablement virtual events Plan, execute and handle all aspects of a virtual event including coordination of virtual logistics such as event registration, marketing collateral, promotional giveaways and post event surveys

  • Work with the communications team to plan and execute the pre, during, and post event nurture and engagement programs

  • Manage external vendor relationships, including negotiating budgets and contracts

  • Work closely with various internal stakeholder teams to ensure each event meets the overall goals of the company

  • Analyze, track, and report on event ROI


  • 7+ years experience in marketing with an emphasis in event marketing, demand generation, or partner enablement

  • Highly detailed with strong project management and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing through ambiguity and driving results

  • Metrics driven - able to draw insight from complex marketing data

  • Cross-functional leader with experience presenting to stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • MBA desired but not required
