  • Productizes Paranoids' services so they are simple to use and adopt,
  • And drives the adoption of safe behaviors among our colleagues so that the safe choice is the easy one and ultimately the only choice.


About the Role

As the Product Manager for the Cyber Experience team, you will spearhead efforts to transition our Paranoids Security Review (PSR) service into a comprehensive, product-like solution tailored to our internal stakeholders. The PSR service is a collection of nearly 50 cybersecurity services the Paranoid's offers to the business to improve our security posture, improve the user experience, and adoption of security practices.

Your role will involve streamlining collaboration between business units and security teams, delivering an exceptional user experience. We are looking to bring in a seasoned professional who can help us transform and streamline how Yahoo's business units engage with Paranoids security services while increasing speed and efficiency.

This position demands an understanding of security principles, strong project management capabilities, and the capacity to translate technical complexities into user-centric solutions.

What you'll do day-to-day
  • Lead the transformation of the Paranoids' security review process into a user-friendly and scalable product for internal customers.
  • Foster collaboration between business units, security teams, and other relevant stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive product enhancements.
  • Continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback, emerging threats, and evolving business requirements, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness.
  • Establish clear metrics and KPIs to continuously evaluate performance and user experience with a direct feedback loop into the product roadmap.


Qualifications
  • 3 years of relevant experience in Product Management or a relevant combination of education and experience
  • Experience in an Agile product development environment
  • Experience building web and shipping products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, and launch
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with short-term implementation needs
  • Experience defining and operationalizing service offerings
  • Experience in process design and optimization
  • Experience collecting and prioritizing customer feedback in balance with internal needs.
  • Strong familiarity with the Jira product suite and Google Suite applications (e.g. Sheets, Docs)

The compensation for this position ranges from $128, 250.00 - $266, 875.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
