ManpowerGroup Microsoft Team Engineer (New York,Jersey City,Charlotte) in New York, New York

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Microsoft Teams Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a deep technical understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Microsoft Teams Enginer

Location: New York NY, Jersey City NJ ad Charlotte NC

Pay Range: Best in the Segment on W2

What’s the Job?

  • Own, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical issues related to Microsoft Teams deployment.

  • Create thorough test scripts and lead product QA/UAT and regression testing.

  • Utilize troubleshooting tools to perform in-depth product troubleshooting and remediation.

  • Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups.

  • Assist in implementing end-to-end application launching programs, including technical design documents and best practices.

What’s Needed?

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and administering Enterprise MS Teams solutions.

  • Deep knowledge of M365 technologies, particularly MS Teams, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.

  • Extensive experience with tenant restrictions, conditional access, cloud security, and data retention.

  • Familiarity with Teams tenant administration, including meeting policies, chat policies, and calling policies.

  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell cmdlets for Teams administration and other automation tools.
