This person will be a key member of the marketing team, managing our digital partner channels, coordinating photoshoots, and supporting social media. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and the marketing team to help position the Furnished Quarters brand and implement revenue-generating marketing initiatives.
Manage and maintain digital channel content across external marketing platforms including; Airbnb, Leasebreak, VRBO, Flipkey, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
Maintain internal communication portals including but not limited to Salesforce, Pardot, Oscar, FQ Live.
Contribute to social media efforts, editorial calendar, and content to grow the company’s reach and engagement; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn.
Liaise with agencies/external partners, digital agencies, media partners.
Ensure all online listings are written in Furnished Quarters voice and contain accurate information.
Contribute to digital/CRM campaigns, aligning with sales to speak to corporate needs/demand of the industry, brainstorming with the marketing team, and support execution as necessary.
Update photography across all platforms to properly showcase Furnished Quarters offerings.
Update pricing and availability across multiple channels based on pricing guide and management directives.
Coordinate photoshoots, including scheduling and working with the various stakeholders to approve and integrate new photography.
Manage trade show and event participation.
Maintain department budget and expenses.
Ability to work in the New York office as needed.
Support marketing team as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s college degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
1-2 years experience.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a great multitasker.
Able to work in a team-based environment and thrive on collaboration.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently to communicate with management, clientele, and co-workers.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Some Salesforce / Pardot / or Marketo experience.
Excellent work ethic and eagerness to learn.
