We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team - one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.Title and SummaryManager, Product ManagementThe Manager, Product Management role in the Data & Services department will own and manage portions of Mastercard's Marketing Services product suite designed for Financial Institutions, stemming from cutting across new customer acquisitions, Portfolio to Spend Optimization and Customer Enhancement Services. This position works heavily with the sales and product delivery teams as the SME on these products and services, helping to bring a vision to life on how we can help our clients meet and exceed their goals. In addition, this role will work with internal teams at Mastercard to bring forth Mastercard assets as appropriate, as well as enhance and improve our services suite.Responsibilities:* Bring expertise in digital marketing of financial products, services, and solutions.* Leverage, interpret and analyze data and insights (internally and externally) to plan multi-channel marketing initiatives, providing thought leadership to the sales narrative.* Partner with Mastercard Client Services group (who is responsible for delivery our products and services) on ways to improve and enhance their working environment.* Own a feedback loop with Client Services to identify and craft Case Studies, overarching themes from the work being delivered from good news trends and findings to areas of opportunity.* Support and grow key Mastercard initiatives with Marketing Services elements, such as Buy Now Pay Later, Retail Bank Deposits Growth, Mastercard Priceless Travel Recovery, etc.* Drive innovation by helping identify new channels for consumer engagement.* Run pilots in expansion areas for Marketing Services, analyze performance and provide recommendation for go-forward plan.* Keep finger on pulse of competitive offerings to compile a client facing narrative on our areas of differentiation.* Provide support in the development of new services or solutions by conducting desktop research and assisting with the assembly of market assessments.* Contribute effectively to proposal preparation when requested.* Identify client challenges and brings ideas on opportunities to leverage Mastercard capabilities to the attention of senior staff.* Build credibility with the myriad "above" and "below the line" marketing solutions.Ideal Candidate Qualifications:* Prior experience in any of the following job roles: Marketing, Media / Agency, Campaign/Marketing Analytics, Product Management, and/or Consulting.* Experience in banking, payments, and/ or financial services preferred.* Digital campaign experience preferred (any of: Social, SMS, Content, Email).* Strong experience selling to clients using your expert knowledge, preferably regarding the Marketing Services product suite.* High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.* Proven ability to think strategically and provide feedback in a timely manner.* Analytically curious to uncover data driven insights.* A creative, can-do energy as well as comfort with an agile responsibility mix.* Strong Business Acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Highly flexible to support as key Mastercard initiatives evolve.* Experience with packaging, pricing, and enablement.* Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.* Comfortable with travel (no more than 10% expected).* BA required.In the US, Mastercard is an inclusive Equal Employment Opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
