Digital Marketing Manager DTC - Philosophy COTY is looking for smart leaders who are tenacious, passionate, and fearlessly kind. The Digital Marketing Manager at Philosohy.com plays a pivotal role on the Digital team in optimizing our digital marketing efforts. This role's primary focus will be strategizing, implementing, and maintaining the Klaviyo marketing automation system to enhance customer engagement, drive conversions, and maximize ROI. The Digital Marketing Manager should have an adept grasp on marketing automation tools and a fervent dedication to crafting personalized, meaningful customer interactions. Reporting directly to the Director of Ecommerce, this position holds significant responsibility in driving our digital marketing success.
