Randstad is working with an entertainment client on a contract legal billing specialist. This role is fully remote and can pay $23-24.50 per hour. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Project: Supporting Legal/Finance Ops team after restructuring. Main tasks include reviewing legal billing invoices and managing internal/external inquiries on payment statuses.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years in legal billing/e-billing

• Excel/Outlook (advanced level, vlookups, pivot tables)

• End-to-end invoice lifecycle experience

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have:

• Legal background, Collaborati/TeamConnect, SAP/Oracle experience
