Qualifications

Qualifications - External

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Must be pursuing a degree in a IT/IS-related field, (Computer Science) with experience in the following areas:

Functional Skills

• Understanding of future technologies

• Application / report design

• Prototyping

• SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development/ Waterfall

• Customer relationship management

Technical Skills and Qualifications

• Programming/Scripting languages – C , Python, Java, ReactJS, SQL, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS

• Jira, Confluence and GitHub

• Advanced technologies testing

• Application / product feature design

• Integration Technologies such as Real-Time Integration, Stream Processing and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), and Message Queues and Brokers

• Mobile technologies

• Microservices / Serverless Architecture

• Web Technologies

• Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS technologies

  • Must have good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Is a team player

  • Is highly motivated

  • Shows a strong willingness to learn

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Qualified candidates must have completed their Junior year by program start (June 2025) and on track to graduate in May/June 2026

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $20.00 per hour- $30.00 per hour. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a one-time stipend payment $3500-$4000.
