Job Duties: • Conduct in-depth research on various legal topics, statutes, case law, and factual scenarios pertinent to the cases or projects at hand.• Utilize legal databases, law libraries, and online resources to gather relevant information and precedents.• Investigate and obtain necessary records from public databases, court archives, and other official sources.• Verify the authenticity and relevance of the records to ensure they support the legal arguments or business strategies being developed.• Assist with communications and marketing services for companies and individuals in Central Asian, Russian, and Uzbek-speaking markets.• Formulate and execute marketing plans that utilize local knowledge and networks.• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of information by comparing it against official government sources and credible online political portals.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of political and regulatory developments that may affect the business or legal landscape.• Draft comprehensive reports that clearly present research findings, analyses, and recommendations.• Provide timely updates and advice on how these changes may affect ongoing and future projects.• Assist clients in understanding and navigating the complexities of immigration procedures and requirements.Special requirements: - Master's degree in Law (LL.M., JD or equivalent degree);- 12 months of legal experience;- Must be fluent in Russian and Uzbek;- Strong drafting skills, able to draft contracts independently, and advise business partners directly;- Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to recognizing needs, solving problems, anticipating issues and developing solutions;- Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple requests in a fast-paced environment and managing priorities;
