As we continue to grow, we are adding a new HR Business Partner position to play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization, ensuring that our people strategy aligns with our business objectives.As an HRBP, you will be a strategic advisor to leadership, driving initiatives that impact talent development, organizational culture, and workforce planning. This individual will partner with senior leaders within our GTM organization, our People team, and other cross-functional partners to implement scalable programs and initiatives that foster employee engagement, enhance productivity, and support the growth of the business. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor, delivering data-driven HR solutions, and influencing stakeholders. This individual will be able to partner closely with the orgs they support on people programs, employee communications, employee relations, performance management, and the development of both teams and individuals, ensuring alignment with company policies and best practices.What you'll doStrategic Advisor for Business Leaders: Partner with leaders in areas such as organizational design and workforce planning, employee relations and communications, performance management, and talent development. Ensure consistency and alignment with organizational goals.People Programs: Drive, manage, and improve key HR programs and initiatives, including the annual review cycle, Employee Value Survey (EVS), talent reviews, mid-year promotions, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).Performance Management & Development: Partner with Centers of Excellence to analyze team data and industry trends, assisting in the creation and execution of manager training, mentorship programs, and strategies that drive continued success and employee development.Data Analysis & Insights: Prepare and analyze regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics such as attrition rates, organizational shape, compensation data, and Workday audits. Utilize these insights to inform and support strategic business decisions.Culture & Engagement: Act as a culture ambassador by promoting an inclusive, high-performing, and creative work environment. Continuously monitor employee engagement and well-being, proactively addressing concerns and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.Employee Relations & Communication: Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing guidance on managing employee relations issues and crafting clear, effective communications and action plans. Support teams through periods of rapid global growth and organizational change.Who you areExperience & Expertise: You bring 8+ years of experience in HR roles with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and HR program implementation, preferably within high-growth and dynamic environments.HR Knowledge & Integrity: You have a solid understanding of human resource principles, including employee relations, development, and performance appraisal systems. You maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity in all HR matters.Effective Communicator: Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to convey complex information clearly and effectively, fostering understanding and alignment across diverse teams.Collaborative & Consultative: You excel at building relationships and working collaboratively across all levels of the organization. Your consultative approach enables you to effectively support and advise leaders and employees alike.Analytical & Data-Driven: You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data to drive informed HR strategies and decisions.Proactive & Solution-Oriented: You are a self-starter who navigates ambiguity with ease, always approaching challenges with a solution-focused mindset and sound judgment.Airtable is an equal opportunity employer.
