Role Purpose
JLLT Advisory business is seeking a Head of Real Estate Technology for JLL Technologies who will be responsible for growing & accelerating an industry-leading consulting practice for JLLT Advisory. As JLLT increases its focus on technology revenue, the advisory team is leveraging deep market & technology expertise to address complex customer needs through strategic, transformational and experiential offerings. Thus, its purpose is also to increase market eminence & share of voice to help accelerate growth efforts across the JLLT's customer base and grow JLLT's wallet profitability.
The leader in this role will successfully enable this:
Accountable for customer wallet, profitability (high billable rate & utilization) & satisfaction for cases/projects in category
Solidify & streamline methodologies & capability depth to drive competitive differentiation
Design & drive asset-based offerings, guide research & category direction

In addition to nurturing strong partnerships across JLLT Services, JLLT Commercials & JLLT TAG, the Consulting Practice leader will drive collaborative teamwork across JLLT Client Services -including Delivery Management, Operations, Commercial & Solutions Design- as well as JLLT Revenue Product to ensure the continued growth of our JLLT Revenue business.

Key responsibilities include:
Report to the JLLT Advisory Leader, drive growth of consulting practice, evolving towards an asset-based consulting model that scales with unified methodologies (across all practices) & design-centric engagement models leveraging assignment-based talent management
Oversee a team of engagement managers & managing directors responsible to cover projects within geos, drive growth opportunities across investor & occupier segments and act as reference in the build-up of repeatable & globally scalable offerings
Partner with Growth & Planning team to accelerate market eminence & financial success of consulting offerings.
Closely work with Research & Insights lead to strengthen & validate a unified position on market trends, product roadmaps & technology cycles to inform planning activities

This individual will:
Foster programmatic approach to advisory
Responsible for driving market eminence of practice for JLLT Client Services by adopting experiential & consultative engagement models, evolve offerings through collaboration with growth & planning and research & insights team
Contribute to publishing & promoting leading viewpoints through virtual & physical content/events
Increase internal/external channel conversion by evolving playbooks, sales trainings, orchestrating sales engagements
Contribute to overall pricing strategy & commercial governance for advisory work
Partner with operation & talent team, in development of the operational procedures & growth strategy to ensure optimum capacity & delivery excellence
Build, accelerate & grow market-leading consulting team
Build a world-class team of experienced engagement leaders & consultants, focused on customer break-throughs
Expand executive relationships and market recognition of practice & JLLT Advisory
Identify teams or individuals to augment JLLT's advisory business and thus expanding geographical or vertical coverage
Set priorities for engagement leaders alongside other practice Leaders, to foster an environment of innovation, client excellence & commercial acumen as well as personal achievement
Contribute to unify talent strategy to assure adequate learning, growth and recognition models are supportive of talent profile and local market conditions
Coach, mentor and develop a world class consulting team that can support our ongoing ambitions at a global level, partnering with internal enterprise teams and external industry specialists
