Ramp Business Corporation Group Product Manager in New York, New York

Responsibilities:1. Own Ramp’s product platform team, including card processing, payments, and verticalization efforts:- Lead all aspects of the cross-functional team, including designers and engineers, to deliver product success and strong coordination.- Identify the right problem and motivate a cross-functional team to arrive at non-obvious solutions that re-define the competitive landscape. - Define a compelling multi-year vision for the product that motivates the entire cross-functional team. 2. Manage product managers and empower them to own verticals within the core product domain so that Ramp can execute faster:- Help recruit top talent to continue growing the product management team.- Help shape the process by which PMs get onboarded, trained, and managed.- Properly delegate, empower, coach, and direct team to accomplish goals. 3. Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow Ramp to grow the product management function at various stages of growth:- Help define Ramp’s product strategy, including product expansion, monetization, sequencing, and potential M&A.- Leverage data and user research to evolve frameworks to help Ramp build its products.Job Requirements:A bachelor’s degree or the foreign equivalent in economics, finance, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience as a financial/investment analyst, operations research analyst, business intelligence analyst, or in a similar role/occupation. The required prior experience must include:- 3 years of experience mentoring and developing other employees. - 3 years of experience using quantitative data to drive business decision-making.- 3 years of experience using SQL, Excel, or any other relational database manipulation tool. - 3 years of experience evaluating business decisions and prioritization trade-offs.

Minimum Salary: 225,250 Maximum Salary: 304,750 Salary Unit: Yearly
