JPMorgan Chase Global Corporate Banking Executive Office Business Management Senior Associate in New York, New York
The Global Corporate Banking Finance & Business Management team optimizes business performance by helping drive key initiatives. We act as trusted advisors to segment heads, functional partners and executive leadership. The Executive Business Management Office provides business oversight and support to the Global Corporate Banking Co-Heads and Global Corporate Banking CFO.
As an Executive Office Associate within the Global Corporate Banking team, you will play a key role in driving the Global Corporate Banking growth agenda by leading key projects and initiatives as well as managing ongoing day-to-day operations of the Finance & Business Management team. You will be expected to partner directly with the Global Corporate Banking CFO as well as key functional partners to drive strategic initiatives, enhance organizational efficiency, and ensure effective communication across groups. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
Job responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day operations and strategic projects of the Finance & Business Management team
Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
Support the planning and execution of various team events, town halls, employee recognition, meetings, and planning sessions
Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites, like SharePoint
Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
Prior experience in Business Management or COO role
Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders.
Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence
Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda
Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions
Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong time management and prioritization skills
