Responsibilities Use data to research, analyze, evaluate, interpret information, and provide competitive analysis to assist management with strategy, decision making, and policy formulation related to operating more efficient and effective employee benefits program for the company. Work as a global benefits PMO to provide cross-functional and cross-regional benefits projects, including benefits data analytics, budget planning and costing, and benefits design principles. Collaborate with other corporate function teams including Finance, Procurement, HR operations, and Corporate Services to ensure sound implementation of employee benefits programs. Research and analyze on benefits offerings to ensure that the benefits strategy is competitive and helps to attract and retain the right talent. Leverage company specific systems and tools to support benefits analysis and decision-making such as using benefits utilization dashboard to visualize benefits enrollment and usage. Effectively manage global benefits brokers and vendors to ensure the service level adheres to contract terms and meets employee-needs. Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Providing data analytics including identifying, synthesizing, and structuring data-driven insights for internal or external team, and to identify opportunities to save costs or grow revenue by analyzing the data; Processing and analyzing large quantities of data to support data-driven decision making for product roadmap and strategy; Performing market and competitor research to determine customer needs and pain points to identify gaps and market opportunities to build new products; Performing market assessments of business opportunities by conducting competitive analysis, estimating market size, and building cost projection to support product strategy decisions; and Utilizing SQL to provide visual data query and data dashboard. TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% required.
