Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities to analyze and advise clients on complex strategic and operational matters pertaining to:

  • Sales and trading;

  • Investment banking; and,

  • Wholesale/commercial banking.

Demonstrates thought-leader level abilities with and/or a proven record of success with direct experience leading transformational programs, including regulatory-oriented programs across these organizations across the front, middle, and back-office functions.

Demonstrates thought-leader level abilities as a team leader managing teams of various sizes in both an in-person and remote operating model in the capital markets space demonstrating proficiency in one or more of the following focus areas:

  • Risk;

  • Operations; and,

  • Technology.

Demonstrates thought-leader level abilities with and/or a proven record of success directing efforts:

  • Building and leading high-performing teams, including developing talent, building a culture of inclusion and mentorship;

  • Developing impactful and sustained professional relationships with clients leading to future business opportunities;

  • Leading business development initiatives;

  • Developing marketing collateral;

  • Drafting proposals;

  • Attending conferences and other industry networking events;

  • Contributing to thought leadership and other Firm-issued publications;

  • Managing resource requirements, project workflow and budgets;

  • Communicating complex material effectively in written and oral formats to various audiences;

  • Conducting and directing quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data; and,

  • Demonstrating familiarity with applications used throughout the trade lifecycle for booking, risk management, position tracking, clearing, and settlement.
