Citibank, N.A. seeks a Financial Solutions Group Manager for its New York, New York location.Duties: Design and implement trade booking, trade processing and financial reporting infrastructure. Orchestrate changes, design the testing strategy, coordinate across different functions and regions to deliver the change and validate the success criteria to yield value benefit. Manage book of work ensuring appropriate staffing and organizational structures are in place for execution. Collaborate with businesses, risk, controllers, and operations to understand the key business problems and requirements while collaborating with Technology to identify best in class, sustainable solutions. Lead multiple business projects that require the installation of people, process, and technology changes. Manage ambiguity and significant complexity and partnership across organization including senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Risk, Controllers, Internal Audit and EIO&T. Support the direct team and overall project execution. Manage daily team’s delivery schedule by using a clear project plan. Accountable for delivering business and finance changes for Finance stakeholders. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (3 or 4 year) or its foreign equivalent, in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or a related field and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Finance Project Manager, Finance Program Manager, Consultant, Director, Finance Manager or related position involving designing, developing, testing, implementing and delivering finance solutions within the global financial services industry. 6 years of experience must include: Project Management; Treasury Products; Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio; and Team management.
