Your New Role

This position will provide administrative assistant support to two attorneys within the Legal Department. Assistant duties will include processing expense reports, managing calendars (including across multiple timezones), setting meetings, coordinating Zoom conference calls, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing general administrative support to the attorneys.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and maintaining files, status reports and calendars of critical dates;

  • Ability to use and manage multiple legal document databases and document management systems, such as Sharepoint and OneDrive;

  • Send, route and track agreements for signature (either electronically or physically), including Adobe DocuSign; and

  • General office duties, including: filing, copying, tracking, logging and processing mail.

Your Role Accountabilities:

  • Processing expense reports related to travel, memberships, and legal vendors

  • Maintaining Attorney Calendars

  • Scheduling meetings and conference calls for attorneys

  • Coordinate travel and hotel accommodations

  • Provide clerical support (organizing/saving files; arranging for signatures/ notarization of documents)

  • Ad hoc projects

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of [4-5] years of administrative or clerical experience required or reasonable equivalent

  • BA/BS degree preferred

  • Entertainment industry experience a plus

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Knowledge of Zoom

  • Knowledge of electronic file set-up, maintenance, filing procedures

  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of staff in person and virtually

The Legal Bits…

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $62,797.00 - $116,624.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
